Dell 620 mt updating Bios?

I don,t know if this is the right forum for my post. It is about Bios
I am trying to get a Bios update on my Dell 620mt Inspiron. I went to Dell's site clicked to download the Bios for my PC. Went to the download clicked yes then nothing at all? Why did nothing happen ? after saying yes? The Bios is A02 2011. The BIOS I hoped to get installed is A08. I click on it, I say yes and it goes away nothing happens?

Is there any other way of updating it,?

Thats not the one Outbite ?That was the one Dell took me to i knew it was one of those dodgy sites i am in the UK.the Dell site photo below.I don,t know why it said i had a Seagate which i don,t?So it did not work.
So the bios is to do with the drive you have in the PC?Why does it say Seagate unless that was the one in the seller originally had in there?No drive when i got it sold without.

It updated ti A10 It would not do A08.

I just looked on there site i click on your version and i says older versions and it says A10 ?How can A10 be older than A8?The release date for A10 is 12 Aug 2013.The date on your one 23 June 2020 thats weird. Wims Dell.
