I just received my u2410 from fedex less than an hour ago and set it up, it looks gorgeous until I put up a black screen and there is a nice stuck white pixel in the mid left side of the screen :( does Dell do anything about that?

I believe it is stuck because it is white.

LOL Yes it was extremely loud. Lots of people in the background. It was ridiculous how many times I was transferred to what was supposed to be the right people. Then the call dropped and I had to go through it all again but finally we got it figured out. There was 5 different people from India, 1 from England I believe, and the last lady said she was from El Salvador.

So I am getting a refund because they said that this monitor is out of stock. To UPS it goes tomorrow. I think I might try a different IPS Panel monitor now. This doesn't seem all fantastic like everyone was saying. I mean the viewing angles a definitely better than my 21.5" ASUS but other than that it looks relatively similar. I'll try some games.

I went with a refund. You know what is ridiculous? They told me that they could not do a replacement for one bad pixel but yet they have the zero bright pixel guarantee on their website? I was like come on that is guaranteed how can you not do that? They wouldn't though so whatever, they finally said they could not because they were no longer stocking this monitor. Ha my butt. Just got a refund and will go with a different brand;)

thats a pitty. I have have had the Privilege of using some of Dell's Ultra sharp monitors in the past at work and they were really quite nice.
