Dell XPS 700 to cost $10000 - again

Well the limited edition XPS 600 Renegate cost $10000 dollars and the followup model, the XPS 700 with the new aluminum case design will cost just as much it seems. The PC will come with Quad SLI (2xGeforce 7950 GX2) and a Conroe CPU. All that will be running on an nForce 500 series mainboard. Some other components include a X-Fi sound card, a PhysX card and WD Raptor hard drive.

wtf, no quad raid 0 setup with the [generally] new raptor X's? Anyways, I want it anyway... but with quad crossfire x1900xtx's, new case, unlocked bios... and without the Dellness. Also a x-fi elite pro and a different mobo... sheesh.

Oh no, it has the extremely ugly new Dell XPS case... like last time, you could build a PC almost as good for much much less, the good thing is quad SLI which I don't beleive is available for general PC builders yet.

Quad SLI is available, but it is EXTREMELY unstable, as proved in W1zzard's review http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/QuadSLI/ . And yeah I agree completely the new Dell case's are ugly

Yeah W1zzard proved that Quad SLi is basically worthless. These new Dells are just for people with too much bloody money! Within a month it will be out of date anyway!
