Do new tweaks have an impact on NVIDIA Controler Panel ?

Hello everyone,
I'm currently testing the new release but I have a little problem,
With these settings :

when the installation is done, I can enter and use GeForce Experience but the control panel is missing.
When I search for it in the search bar I can find it and try to enter but I only get the notice to accept before entering and then nothing happens.
And the Control Panel button is also missing from mouse right click.
I will do some tests tomorrow with enabling tweaks one by one until I find what is the issue.

Disable NVContainer causes this.

Seems GFE and Control Panel require this service

I have the same issue. Is there an app I can use instead of the NVidia control panel? I've tried Nvidia Profile Inspector but it hasn't been updated for a while and crashes on boot.
