Hi,

Windows 10 has long been pushing me to try out the New Outlook as a replacement for Windows Mail, but as soon as I finally decided to give it a try and switched to New Outlook, all my emails from Gmail account instantly disappeared. It makes no sense but it is what it is, it appears to be a piece of crap.:confused:

It's also supposed to be a replacement for Windows Colander. I tried it and looked nice - but that's it. It failed to sync with my Office Outlook and didn't even sync with the system clock in the notification tray. So I immediately undid the change and was happy to see everything went back to before.

If you undo this charge, do your gmail emails return?

Working as it should fine here, can still switch to old Mail app anytime.
Some POP ISP accounts are not yet supported and some have to be manually configured.

It seems that you missed tp read the warning straight before installing/starting. With the first start M$ captured all your Mails from differnet providers and also LogOn Credentials. It will in future catch all your mail. Officially to feed their AI.

Works fine for me with 2 GMail accounts and a college account. Probably need to re-authorize your accounts as it's a new app requesting the emails... Or don't, grr microsoft or something.

I dunno what else I should do for registering, they requested me about five times to enter my credentials and approve and confirm here and there but I ended up having zero emails in my Inbox folder in "New Outlook". No matter how you slice it, the end result is still the same. :) I am going to install MS Office 2021 anyway, may be it helps a bit..who knows..
