Does anyone have Asus TUF RTX 4090 (non-oc) v1 bios?

Hey Guys,
Just flashed to v2 yesterday and performance dropped considerably. GPU-z won't pull the bios's on these cards it seems but I used SIV and it worked fine. edit. or Nvflash...
