I bought my R5 2600 of AliExpress new for $100, most new Ryzen CPUs of AliExpress come without a cooler so you will have to buy it separately.
I needed something quiet, efficient and CHEAP.
I was going to get the same cooler that AMD includes with their 2600, the Wraith Stealth. it was priced at nearly $9, but guess what the Wraith Spire was less than $4 more than the Stealth so i thought why not?!
I recieved them all 2 days ago and the paste on the cooler looked weird it looks like this one exactly:
s8j1chwpx7k31.jpg

CPU was peaking at 86°C at Prime95 at 3.55GHz across all cores.
tbh it was fine to me, but i thought since i had an MX-4 tube in my disk why not change the stock weird looking paste?
Anyway that's what i did and the results were: "drums"... an improvement of ZERO°C.
In the end i'm satisfied but i thought i should share what happened with you guys.

Stay safe.

I'd be getting an actual cooler after seeing how busted that thing is. Screw holes half broken off.

You referring to the fan screw holes that were intentionally cut away to clear RAM, and components (capacitors) on the motherboard near the socket?

look for a coolermaster Hyper212 or a Snowman CPU cooler off aliexpress if the hyper 212 isnt available in your region. There are two different versions of snowman - one with 4 heat pipes and other one with 6. Either one will be fine for your needs. 6 heatpipes will cool better obviously but its your budget so you get to choose which one you get.

::EDIT::

or just replace the thermal paste with MX-4 or better.
