Dual Bios mode Problems. One bios works. The other one crashes

I have a Sapphire Nitro+ Rx 580 8gb that I bought off of ebay. When I open up AMD drivers or a game, the driver will crash, and I have to restart my PC. Sometimes I don't have to If I ALT-TAB really quick. When I switch the bios on the dual-bios switch, the problem is resolved. I took a screenshot of the bios using gpu-z.

Here is left switch and this one works properly

This is the right switch and this one crashes when trying to play games or open the AMD driver

And when my desktop is utilizing the right switch this is what the failure resembles.

What do you guys think? I notice the Bios information is different from each other.

Wrong bios was flashed on the right hand switch. I see different memory chips and higher core clock right off the bat.

I see that too. Wouldn't the right hand switch be higher because that's suppose to be the boost clock bios or is that not how this works?

According to https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/sapphire-nitro-rx-580-8-gb.b4436, my card is suppose to have a base clock of 1257, but I have 1340mhz and the boost clock is suppose to be 1411mhz. I'm a little confused.

This is the bios for the right switch position for your gpu
Download amd/ati flash tool, download this bios and flash it while switch is on the right side, restart, should work

My guess is the silent bios is the working one and the performance bios was modded for mining and has the timings adjusted.

It isnt working properly because the ram chips dont mach on the performance bios with the ones on the gpu
