Lift the power limits for 6ghz.

Ring (cache) reports thermal throttling also.

Use benchmate. Run BCR23 and when it's done hit F6. Take note in the validation window the effective clocks. OC all core to the effective clocks and power limits.

6ghz on 1 or 2 cores does nothing for gaming. Don't bother.

Realistic P ALL core OC at 5.8ghz with Ring at 4.7 to 5ghz depending on its v-core demand with E-cores 4.6ghz is ok. (stability). On ambient loops.

To get closer to 6ghz All P-core OC and a ring/cache frequency of 5.1ghz, and more, turn off the E-cores to give thermal and power headroom to them P cores.

Note: Intel likes more v-core, not less. Under-volt is the incorrect approach for performance settings.

You still have PL1 set to 253. Change that to Unlimited (4093) like the other.
