Electronic devices stored defects

Old electronic devices (LED and CRT TVs, internal SATA DVD drives, 5v or 12v power supply, consoles) for example: manufactured in the 90s and 2000s can be stored for how long without being powered on? Do temperature and humidity have an influence? For example, here the temperature varies from 33 to 36C and humidity varies from 57 to 67% without rain. Does the voltage in the house also have an influence? Here it is 220v 60hz AC. Is there any study or article about this?

Humidity isn't good for them, to be sure. Generally speaking, the more effectively you can control the storage climate, the longer they will last........at least in theory. Entropy is not on your side. You sure are hung up on storing things. None of it will last forever.

Under controlled conditions almost "indefinitely" (not literally indefinitely obviously). Some capacitors will go bad.

Do temperature and humidity have an influence?

A HUGE influence.

For example, here the temperature varies from 33 to 36C and humidity varies from 57 to 67% without rain.
Temps are on the high side for long term storage, but the humidity is downright bad for storage and absolutely has to be controlled if you indeed intend to store electronics for 30 years.
Does the voltage in the house also have an influence? Here it is 220v 60hz AC.
No, especially not if the stuff is not powered.
Is there any study or article about this?
Oh yeah. Tons. Google it. I don't have a link ready, but this is a very well understood thing. Stable, pretty low temps, and as low humidity as possible.
