I have a dual boot system Win 11 Pro & Win 10 Pro. I don't have this problem on Win 11 Pro install, only on Win 10 Pro install 
If I untick 'Apply NVENC....' it installs fine.
Am I perhaps doing something wrong?
I cannot find how to fix this error anywhere after searching every time it happens..
GPU: ASUS RTX 4090 OC 24GB
I get this error when I try to Apply NVENC Video Encoding Session Limit Patch:
These are the other options I have selected:
