EVGA RTX 2080 super cooler swap?

Hello, I have a 2080 super EVGA xc black gaming, I was wondering if it would be possible to swap the stock black cooler to the evga xc ultra cooler for the rgb and better cooling. (also maybe put a backplate on it?)
