Fake gt 640. Help me find a BIOS for it.

All data in the photo.

It was originally identified in the system as GT640. After installing the drivers - a black screen.
It works with BIOS from gt 440 (1gb, unverified), but the result in the photo is GPU-Z, Kombuste

Help me find a working BIOS.

As I remember GT 440 has GF 108. So what is this. I think we won't be able to ever

It's fake, they always grind off the chip identifier so you have no idea what's under the hood. Real ones look like this. Good luck figuring out which gpu you really have.
