I think GPU verification is baked into GPU-z, isn't it? I'd suggest downloading this and running it. If you could post a screenshot of GPU-Z for us, that would give us a good bit more information.

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
Download and install gpuz. It should tell you if it is a fake. Please share what type of card you were supposed to have bought.

Regardless if it is real or not, you bought a card that will be bad in pretty much any game but CS.

I think a little better explanation is in order.

It looks like that R7 350 is the real deal, but it's not all that powerful by today's standards. Depending on the resolution and graphics settings that you run and which games you want to play, that card will have enough power to do some gaming but not much. It all really depends on what exactly you're trying to use it for.

If you're talking about modern games and decent resolutions, then no. The R7 350 will struggle. The alternate card, the GTS 210, is a little older and a lot weaker than the R7 350 and will perform much worse.

The easiest solution would be to try lowering the quality of the graphics settings in the games you are playing to see if that improves it enough for your liking. If the games almost work well but just need a little extra, you could look into overclocking your GPU too (although it's not something everyone likes to do). The alternate is, of course, buying a new graphics card. You'll need to check to see what kind of cards your system can handle. If you want to put a high powered card in your PC, you'll need to make sure your power supply has enough wattage to power it. It would be good to make sure your CPU isn't a limitation too. If it's too slow, your GPU will be spending a lot of time waiting for your CPU to do its work.

Picking a card usually boils down to how much you want to spend and how well the card performs in benchmarks. I usually check TechPowerUp, AnandTech, and UserBenchmark as well as reviews for the individual cards themselves to see how their performance compares.
The best bang-for-the-buck is usually finding a good price on a used card from the previous generation (Nvidia's GTX 1000-series cards or AMD's Rx 400 or 500-series cards). Depending on your budget, I'd recommend at least a GTX 1060 6GB or AMD RX 580.
If you have a lower-wattage power supply, you'll want to probably go for one of the newest cards that your power supply can handle (or just upgrade your power supply too).

For purchasing new cards, I like to check PCPartPicker to compare pricing on different cards. It doesn't work well for all countries, but it's rather nice if it does work.

If you're not too sure on which card would work well for you, feel free to ask us here for a recommendation. We would need to know what your budget is (and probably your currency/country), what kind of other components you have in your computer (if you're not sure, try checking Speccy), what the resolution of your monitor is, and what games you want to play.
