you have to hold the view button i think its F or scroll wheel button and move the mouse around your character while holding

To get a screenshot of ryou character from any angle, make sure you are in 3rd person view, press the key with the ~ & ` to bring up the console command then type in tfc, then press the console command key again to close it and use the mouse and WASD keys, press print screen and the screenshot will be in the Fallout3 folder.

Here's my character who just took down a behemoth.
