Long story short, I have a 240mm AIO and both the fans on it are daisy chained to my CPU fan header for control. All other fan headers are in use. The reason for this is, I need all the fans in the case running at slightly different RPM otherwise they tend to "harmonize" and create this kind of oscillating humming, which annoys me when I hear it. Especially if the fans are of the same model and run at the same RPM, this humming happens. Might just be my sensitive ears.

Basically I need something like one of those Noctua low speed cables, but with less % of speed reduction because obviously I don't want one AIO fan running significantly slower than the other, just enough to avoid them being at the exact same speed. I was thinking in the range of 10% or less. Does anyone know any decent products that will let me do that? Sorry, I know it's very specific.

Why not change it in the bios?

I can hear the PWM pulse in some of my fans when they are at 12v, its a little annoying.. power onoffonffonoff.. stupid Noctua (iPPC) :D

That is on top of the monstrous sound they make haha

Why not change it in the bios?
Because both AIO fans are using the same header and are identical model.

Give yourself Tinnitus, it helps.
Honestly, with my motorbike having the pipe it does, it will hopefully do that for me.

Dated an audiologist a while back and she said I had "exceptional" hearing. I feel like it's a curse. I don't want it.

If you're getting interference where both fans run at similar speeds and create a phasing on/off drone, you can usually get rid of the noise by putting filter in front of one and not the other(s)

If all fans in question are already filtered and there's no way you can run them off different headers, and no way you can relocate the fans, then you could try a second filter behind one of the fans to increase RPM and move that fan outside the phasing harmonics range. It's a waste of airflow but it's not as harmful as using one of those 7V low-noise adapters.

Complains about being near a pc fan, try a turbofan
Yeah I'll pass, already had enough experience with low overflight turbo prop engines because I went to school right over the fence from an air force base. Big loud. Somehow still grew up with exceptional hearing. Idk.

I've found one more PWM header on my board but it's right in the middle of the mobo, so I've ordered a long blacked out fan cable so that I can run one of the AIO fans off that. Meaning I can set an almost identical fan curve, but ever so slightly lower speed at each point.
