The point is not killing the NVIDIA Container itself, but blocking auto-start only.

The basic idea came from the second answer at https://windowsforum.kr/qna/18636823. (It is in Korean, so please use Google Translate.)

And create a shortcut to launch NVIDIA Control Panel.
- NVCleanstall monitoring window is executed first to run NVIDIA Container.
- If NVIDIA Container is running successfully, run the NVIDIA Control Panel.
- When it detects that the NVIDIA Control Panel is closed, close the NVIDIA Container.
- When it detects that the NVIDIA Container has shut down properly, close NVCleanstall.
