By the look of it with that GPU-Z screenshot which is for a 570 not 580 the card has already been flashed wrongly perhaps.Hello.

This is a strange one, the device ID matches the dual version of the card (1043-0521) not the Strix, OP can I ask if you bought this card used and where did you get it from?

Yes the 1st BIOS i provided matches the dual version.
After he post the pictures with the labels - i noticed that he have in fact a strix.(even the BIOS that is right now in it have a different ID - 1043-0521)
So the last files i put were for Asus Strix Gaming 8 Gb. (1043-0517)
He can choose what he like.
