First time overclocking ram, dual rank samsung B die

Hi guys first time here
I have a 13600kf running stock clocks 1.15v
32gb t force dark pro 8 pack edition ddr4
3600
z790 tomahawk
2080ti ftw3

first time trying to oc ram/ tighten
Ram would no post at 3733mhz with 1.5dram voltage and 1.4sa
So I stayed at 3600mhz and started tightening at 1.45v and 1.35sa

my bandwidth score looks really low 54gb but latency is good at 45ns in imlc test

any idea why my latency is so much higher in aida ? I hear 45ns is where it’s at for gaming performance

I don’t really no what I’m doing with turnaround timings and secondary/ tertiary timings so if someone could help
I tightened a few and got a boot loop and had to clear cmos and nearly pooped my pants lol

1) is my bandwidth right 54gb imlc and 55gb in aida64

2) why is aida64 latency higher that imlc ?
min aiming for 45ns but not sure which software I need that in

3) any advice on further tuning ?

Little update punched in a few more settings

Looks pretty good I think. You can trust IMLC over AIDA64.
AIDA64 for bragging. It's a roulette, so run it multiple times.
You can double click each box to run just that bench.

But try Y-Cruncher 2.5b with your settings.
