Since it's "gaming", does it have ( ChatMix / GameVoice Mix ) function ? ChatMix is a feature available in some gaming DACs that lets you instantly balance game audio and team chat volume using a dial on your device. ChatMix can also make recording of gameplay won't have chat audio from like Discord.

I'm doing the same by software VB-Audio CABLE but interested in hardware that do the same and I know a few devices that do such function ...

No such feature here, you'll have to rely on software again.
