Easy. Freesync wont work past the 75 max refresh of your display. Keep the game within your monitors refresh rate of 48 to 75.
Mine is 45 to 144 range so if I'm playing a game like grim dawn I cap my framerate to not exceed 140 using riva tuner. The driver based tool works as well but I found some games wouldn't hook the limiter unless it was set in global settings as well. Its been shown that radeon cards will not cap at exactly what u set for a cap and more often than not exceed the cap by 2 or 3 fps introducing tearing.
The biggest gain from freesync isnt so much the top end tearing it's the variation of frames that happens during different loads. ie an explosion or lots of action on screen will drop frame rates quick. The GPU will push frames to the monitor faster than the monitor can handle it causing stutters and tearing by injecting a frame between two frames. Freesync stops this by syncing to the monitor and always pushing the proper amount of frames the monitor can handle. The catch being the range. 48 to 75 in your case. Below 48 jitters. Above 75 tearing.

if you're getting 300FPS, you clearly dont have Vsync/freesync enabled correctly

I dont have AMD hardware to be certain on this, but make sure Vsync is enabled as well as freesync - or cap your FPS to 75 somehow

ok bro what about AMD FRTC ?
when i turn on FRTC and set the limit fps at 75fps the tearing still exists but when i put it to 74fps the tearing is gone.
is FRTC better then Riva tuner ?
and is Freesync at 75fps better then non sync at 90+fps.
im getting in all my games 70+fps in 1080p max settings like assassin creed odyssey.

thnx man for the reply but Vsync couse hight input lag.

Vsync, or cap your FPS. Only options.

Personally i havent seen or had issues with Vsync and input lag except in very broken games.

This is what you should do (if still tearing at 74, try 73). The card will try to pace frames so it's smooth without going over the limit causing tearing.

Freesync has a viable range from 40 fps and up, tho the impact begins to seriously tail off after 70 fps. G-Sync range is 30 fps on up but as it starts to tail off at 70 fps, you cans switch to ULMB. If your monitor is capable, you can use toasty strobelight to mimick the effect of ULMB

See "Other Brands of Blur Reduction" for monitor manufacturer provided solutions or "Classic Lightboost Blur" reduction here

https://www.blurbusters.com/faq/120hz-monitors/

Cap the fps to a couple below the monitor max hz.
