UPDATED: new Items: Intel E2140 & Meanwell S-320 PSU for powering 12-15V TECS

UPDATED SALE:

* Intel E2140. (£30 shipped)
Has original cooler, and slightly damaged box. Have taken this from 1.6ghz stock to 2.9 EASY, think i hit a wall around 365-370FSB. all of this was on stock cooler with a fractional voltage bump. :)

* Meanwell S-320 PSU. (10-14V 300W )(£50 shipped)
Ideal for powering 12-15V TECs, looks a wee bit worn but works perfectly, has a replaced variable resistor for voltage control since the puny original broke off. This was used to power the TEC module on sale in this thread

What I am selling include:

* A Volt modded Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe (skt 939) (£55 or £90 with pelt block)

* 2GB of fantastic Corsiar XMS-4400PRo (does over 600MHZ @ 3/3/3/7) (£100) (SOLD)

* Hi-quality Peltier waterblock (TEC) (£35)

* Opteron 185 cpu (naked with IHS removed, tho included for re-attachment) (£65) (SOLD)

• 4 channels Serial ATA with RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 5 support via ULi M1575
• 2 channels Serial ATA with RAID 0,1 support via Silicon Image SiI 3132
Audio • 8-channel HD audio via M1575 and Realtek ALC882 codec

I have personally, with a bit of tweaking, taken the FSB of this motherboard up to 370 FSB, as well as volt modding the board to deliver upwards of 1.9 volts to the cpu for extreme overclocking. Voltage is controlled by a variable resistor as seen in the photo.(turning clockwise to 50% turn starts the climb in voltage, and is very sensitive thereafter, extreme caution should be used when modifying the voltage and should only be done while monitoring the voltage in real time. eg. via bios voltage monitor)

The socket around the motherboard has the receptical insulation neoprene foam "socket" for accepting the Peltier (TEC) block also being sold, which fits perfectly forming a water resistant barrier. (the original bracket mount simply sits over this motherboard neoprene and then the TEC block onto that. The motherboard has also been waterproofed by spraying with an acrylic plastic spray preventing any waterdamage from occuring. There is an adhesive metal backplate for screwing the TEC block onto or any other waterblock etc, or simply screwing the original bracket to via screws so oem heatsinks etc can be fitted.

I also have a spare backup backplate totally unused and with adhesive tape fixed on for use incase you flummix up the currently affixed one. (sold with peltier block only)

RAM model: Corsair TWINX 2048-4400PRO
(£100)

Review site: http://www.techarp.com/showarticle.aspx?artno=317&pgno=0

Kit Part Number • TWINX2048-4400PRO
Module Part Number • CMX1024-4400PRO
Module Capacity • 1024 MB (x2)
Module Speed Grade • PC-4400
Dual Channel Certified • Yes
Rated Memory Clock • 275 MHz
Maximum Transfer Rate • 4.4 GB/s
Rated Timings • 3 - 4 - 4 - 8
Supported CAS Latencies • 2, 2.5, 3
Rated Command Rate • 2T
Data Transfers Per Clock • 2
Rated I/O Voltage • 2.80 Volts
Heatspreader • Black-anodized XMS PRO aluminium heatspreader

Memory Chip • Infineon Rev. C DDR SDRAM (HYB25D512800)

Chip Operating Temp • 0 °C to +70 °C
Special Features • XMS PRO heatspreader
• 18 activity LEDs

This is just the manufacturers information, but these RAM modules can run far above 600MHz depending on your cpu @ 3/3/3/7 timings and 2.85V rock solid!!

I originally purchased them for around £250 and would make a killer part of any DDR1 setup!

MCW-5002-64T socket 939 peltier waterblock. (£35)

Manufacturers Website info: http://www.swiftnets.com/products/mcw5002-64T.asp

"The MCW5002-64T™ is a fully assembled liquid-cooled thermoelectric (Peltier) solution, specifically designed for AMD® "K8" class (socket 754 and 939) microprocessors.

This unit is intended for advanced users in extreme microprocessor cooling applications, such as extreme overclocking. The product requires appropriate insulation measures to prevent the formation of condensation in sensitive areas of the motherboard. Whereas Swiftech provides gaskets, and specific installation instructions for such assembly, utilization of this device is at the sole risk of the user"

Features:

* 226Watts 25A at 12V thermoelectric module
* 1/2" barb fittings, for maximum flow rate
* Patent pending Diamond-Pin Matrix© copper base plate for optimal heat transfer, and turbulent flow:
* "Dropped-deck" housing, to increase cooling fluid velocity through the Diamond-Pin Matrix© area.
* Bolts directly onto stock AMD retention frame
* Fully gasketed assembly for condensation control

Thermoelectric cooling benefits

* Up to 50°C drop in processor operating temperature
* Solid state module reliability (50,000 hours MTBF)
* More versatile than vapor compression systems: can be used with almost any chassis with our MCB-120 "Radbox" external radiator mounting system
* More economical and easier to implement than vapor compression systems

This module uses 1/2" tubing and comes with approximatly 2ft of 1/2" tubing permanantly fixed to the blocks barbs. It has been epoxy resin sealed due to initial leak problems and is now 100% sealed and totally incapable of leaking from the barbs. All that would need to be done is cut the current tubing down do desired length and then use a tube joining barb (extender barb) to attach to the rest of your cooling setup.

I will include a sticky backed sturdy metal backplate attaching to the motherboard with.

If purchased seperatly from the motherboard, you will need to simply insulate under the plastic retention bracket with some cheap neoprene.

I will include a tube of dialectric grease for use with sealing spaces etc and insulating the socket pins.

I have used this on both my old Athlon 64 San diego core and my recently replaced Opteron 185 (in this sale). Even when overclocked to 3GHz and throwing out 150+W of heat this cooler can keep the temperature of the 2 cpu cores below -0C at idle (down to -13C) and under load can keep the temperature a pleasant 20-24C.

Processor Model: Opteron 184 (£65)

Stock speed is 2.6GHz and can be ran at stock using as little as 1.15V.

Overclocking to 2.8GHz can be done on stock/just under stock Voltage

Overclocking to 3GHz requires between 1.45 and 1.5V

On this particular processor I have removed the Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS) for optimal thermal dissipation (especially when used with extreme cooling methods)

Please see this thread: http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=30464

Where I show how I removed the IHS on this processor incase you want more information ;)

I have the original OEM box, and will also ship the original IHS cap incase you want to re attach it, as well qas the original OEM heatsink, manual and Opteron case sticker.

I am open to offers, but, the RAM especially is rare and you cannot buy this anymore, and its performance is simply KILLER :rockout:

I used USPS Air(international) to ship a GFX card to Infrared in the UK, he then used Royal Air (not sure of name) to ship it back. Cost was around $15USD, and the GFX card was way heavier than your RAM.
