Even if it would run on my Z690 motherboard, fast(er) DDR5 comes at a huge premium price in my country....

yeah I will be sticking with basic ram, dual ranked is all that really matters at end of day i think? so like if i pair 5600 cas 40 with my 13600k, i doubt we see any improvement witha 7400 kit. maybe 10 fps? which isn't worth the cost imo

Yeah, this stuff will be well within the, I'd realllly like some of that but nope that's stupid expensive realm. 2x16gb of ddr5 6600 is $300 here. I'd have to assume 76/7800 will be at least $1-$200 more than that (depending on availability).

Worth the cost to those buying a 4090, as that GPU makes CPU limited scenarios much more common. Having fast, low latency RAM is absolutely key to eliminating as much CPU bottleneck as possible.

The 7600/36 actually has the best first word latency of these kits according to the calculator I used.

Unfortunately not only your country. But 6000 MT/s RAM with slightly tighter timings than yours are now ranging between 240-270 EUR and getting cheaper every day.

Yeah, I fear for Europe over the next 12-24 months. Euro has been on a steady relentless decline for nearly two years. Europe needs to start producing more somehow to strengthen its currency, but that's going to be impossible with energy and potential food shortages.

If anti-Russian nations would initiate peace talks regarding Ukraine, things would get back to normal much sooner. Fuel would be supplied to produce and the currency value will go up. What I fear and I hope doesn't happen, is that nations break off from NATO to secure Russian (OPEC Plus) sourced fuel for their respective countries.

Back on topic, I like how G Skill came out with this God RAM just in time for Intel's Launch. They are playing both sides of the fence hard.
