GDDR7 memory clock speed calculation in GPU DB

I'm having trouble reconciling how the GPU database determines the clock speed from the transfer rate for GDDR7. I'm looking at the GDDR7 graphics cards, and I can't determine how the clock speed is calculated from the transfer rate.

Note: it's not important whether these are the actual clock speeds these cards will ship at. I'm simply looking at the conversion between transfer rate and clock speed.

I thought the transfer rate should be 8x the clock speed (like GDDR6) * 1.5 (due to PAM3) but the GPU database is using some other factor I cannot figure out. Can someone explain why my calculation is incorrect?
