I have a 4070 on a 144 g-sync compatible monitor. g-sync is active for fullscreen and windowed. Fps is capped at 120. I dont have this issue in any other game. Any idea why?

This video really helped me understand latency and g-sync in general, in short, set your fps cap to frames higher than your monitors refresh rate. So in your case set minimum fps to 150 while having v-sync on and reflex+boost, with your gpu it should handle the extra fps hopefully resolving your tear. I've noticed I get tears when my game can't reach the refresh rate so there's always that.

Is your game running in fullscreen ? try hitting Alt+TAB when you are in the game to make sure. You can also try to frame cap it(as said above) from the game itself or the drivers, if you are running at 144Hz try 140 fps cap and see if it fixes it. Also be sure that your monitor is set to 144Hz from Windows and has Gsync enabled from it's menu.

Yeah, I have done all that, still tearing. A few months ago with and older version of fortnite I didnt gave these issues.
