Gigabyte Aorus B550 master build stuck on code 27, and won't boot.

I'm upgrading my MB from an Rog B450-f. The case and all components are being reinstalled in the new MB. I used Q-flash to install the latest BIOS, and that seemed to work fine. Now, when I try to boot, I can't, and it gets stuck on a LED code of 27, and the red LED light below is on for boot problems. I've disconnected everything, including my hard drives and gpu, with no change. Can anyone tell me what the code 27 means? Or recommend something else to try? Thanks for any and all help.

You should try clear CMOS:

I've done most of that already. I can't boot into the bios to reset it, though. No boot at all. I checked the battery and it tested fine, but that is certainly worth trying. I believe that the original bios problem was tied in with it not recognizing my Ryzen 5 3600. I didn't have an older CPU to try.

Today I finally figured out that one of my Ram sticks was bad. My prior motherboard, an ASUS Strix B450-f, ignored it, and just slowed down. Even checking the memory didn't show the problem. The Aorus B550 master, wouldn't boot with it in place, and kept switching back from the code C5 to 27. Bench testing let Ram led light up, instead of boot. I don't know what the reason was for the wrong led. So, I am reassembling my PC, with 1 stick of RAM, and will ask for a replacement this afternoon.
