Gigabyte B550 x V2 - Game crashing

Hi,
New here and wanna drop a msg with one problem that I have.
First of all thank you for leting me to post this thread and thanks to anyone who wants to help.

Two years ago I bought PC and had the problems with game crashing, back then I found somewhere on the web settings that need to be done in Bios with similar problems that I had I changed and it worked for me.

Few days go my son reset bios and problem started again.
Few changes I did but with no luck. I will post everything when I come back from work if anyone wanna help or ask about something.

This is configuration:
- MB Gigabyte B550 gaming
- Procesor AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
- RAM Kingston 32GB DDR4 3600MHz (2X16GB)
- Aorus P750W 80+gold

There was a few settings that I changed long ago but I cant find or remeber now.

First thing I check when something crashes - anything - is for issues with heat.

Before diving deeper into possible issues, check that all your fans are working, and that air is not blocked going into, or out of, the case.

If these are all fine, then sure, dig deeper into the error symptoms. But check airflow first, rule out excessive heat.
