Guys,

Having this board GA-MA790GP-UD4H. The memory QVL says that
"Note: Due to AMD AM2+ CPU limitation, memory module DDR2 1066 or above speed is only supported by 1 dimm per channel."

Code:
http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/FileList/MemorySupport/motherboard_memory_ga-ma790gp-ud4h.pdf

So my memory which is 2 X 2GB Corsair Dominator DDR2-PC8500 1066MHz has to be in Single channel mode only. If I put my modules in matched or same colored slots to enable Dual channel mode, system will not post.

I had my previous mobo which was GA-MA-790GP-DS4H which worked flawlessly in Dual Channel mode with same modules.

Whats your take on this guys?

Regards,
Shiv
