That air cooler looks pretty damn nice. Sucks though that I have a decent RGB tower already.

Gigabyte sounds like they are the ones that are making AM4 coolers compatible with AM5 platform. However AMD have already confirmed in the past that AM4 coolers are compatible with AM5.

I can bet that they're not the only manufacturer who does/is going to do that. We've seen that numerous times when Intel changed their socket, but the mounting stayed the same.

It only looks nice. But there are more capable air coolers out there.
Absolutely. I bet my Arctic Freezer 50 does perform better and looks that it's about half the price.

This is the part that I can't stand,

"GIGABYTE always takes into account of the platform variation in the initial design stage of Cooler and tower fan."

My take is that Gigabyte don't make the cooler. They buy from an OEM and decorate it with their own aesthetics. So I am not sure where in the "design stage" did they consider platform variation.

Yeah, most likely. I actually wonder how many manufacturer does manufacture their coolers instead of reaching an OEM.

The same goes for PSUs as well.
