I been looking into migrating a Google workspace into Microsoft 365 the official way is really crap and requires a lot of changes to be possible which I am not allowed to do!
So I activated 2 factor authentications on all the accounts made sure that imap is enabled and I even enabled "Less secure apps" with a "App password" which starts fine in Microsoft 365 exchange admin center, 1 email out of 4 has synced the others still shows as being synced but email count ain't going up is it because they are stuck or encounter a error that the log file and dashboard don't show?
When I ask the license provider they just tells me they use BitTitan which is expensive in my world for 12 bucks a user.
I used a normal imap services in the past including self hosted to Microsoft 365 all worked fine without any issues.
So anyone maybe have an idea to why the transfer from Google Workspace is just really slow on some accounts?
