GPU Boost 5.0. Is there a reason Techpowerup did not test below 65C?

I have a question in regards to the awesome chart Techpowerup made here: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/nvidia-geforce-rtx-3080-founders-edition/39.html

Why wasn't temperatures below 65 tested? Was it because TPU didn't have the means to cool the card down I'm assuming? How was this test done? I have a watercooled 3080 Ti, and I have not found anymore boost under 58C. I'm wondering if anyone else has data of their own or if TPU is interested in doing more test on Ampere Boost 5.0.

Replied to you via email already:

Back then I didn't have the tools to easily adjust the GPU load, to achieve lower temps.

Yeah I think the 15 MHz bins go down much further, your data is looking good.

I used GPU-Z to log and some game, don't remember the details

That's pretty useful info. My older 1080ti is way more itchy... so nvidia made it less strict on newer gens.
