Hello everyone.
I have an Asus TUF gtx 1660 gaming oc and its always running at 89 degrees. I repasted it not long ago but it didnt help...
Is there anything else I can do to make the temperatures drop a little?
My case has decent airflow, but the temps dont drop even with an open side panel and the front panel taken off...
Are there any mods or thermal pad solutions for this? I was thinking of finding a different card heatsink and putting it on there since the heatsink on this card is literally only covering the center...
Heres the link to the gpu:
Again - airflow is fine, current room temp is like 20 celsius because its cold outside... The paste is fresh, theres no dust
- YES I SET UP A CUSTOM FAN CURVE
- YES THE HEATSINK IS TOUCHING THE CHIP
-YES I TRIED UNDERVOLTING, IT CANT UNDERVOLT BELOW 1,000 mV because it crashes
- 90c makes the gpu throttle.
Hard to believe i paid 200 euros for this back in gpu draught...
