He means
Fan 1 is spinning 100% @ 2897 rpm
Fan 2 is spinning 100% @ 3004 rpm

So there is a difference of 100 rpm with the fans.

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)

I mean it was bad grammar, but no idea it needed translation for some, lol!

Anyway, fans can be 5-10% off their rating, so, in this case, 100 RPM difference is plenty normal. :)

Different fan speed profiles is all it is. Nothing to worry about, @OP just use the card.

Yes, the vartiance could be just variances in readings or a different size fans or friction / air resistance. Or it could be something else as cooler designs have changed over the years.

This is similar to posts where folks are worried their fans are not spinning. It's often designed that way. High end AIB cards often use semi-passive cooling. It first appeared in 2008 and MI called it Twin-Frozr. The temperature point which triggers the fan(s) to spin is typically between 60 and 65°C, And then when temps drop to about 50°C, they turn off again. With the 9xx series, MSI introduced HybridFrozr it requires a header with more pins so as to control multiple fans independently. When enabled, one fan is called to spin up / is controlled GPU temperature and the other responds to temp sensors placed at various points on the PCB.

Can confirm small variances are normal and the number fluctuates as well. But if the deviation is big and structural it may also point to a fan getting worse. If the gap widens, take a look at it. May need some love.
