GPU runs in PCIe X1 instead of X16 problem

Title says it, here is some information:

• GPU is RX 470 8GB Mining Edition Quad UEFI with AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher. Original VBIOS.
• Motherboard is Asrock H110 Pro BTC+, ofc GPU is in X16 slot.
• Other GPUs work in X16 mode if I connect them
• Under load in GPUz it changes from PCIe x1 1 to PCIe x1 3
• Cleaned pcie on gpu with Isopropyl, although it was pointless because GPU is new (Don't ask me where did I got new 470 in 2025 )
• Video is connected to Intel's iGPU, but it shoudn't be an issue.

Any ideas why is this happening?

I already flashed RX 570 bios which works fine after drivers install without any patchers, "natively". Problem remains same, tried in other PC - still x1. Board is this one: PN S88-WE353-G30BC , RX 470 Mining Quad UEFI (W/O Fan). All other bioses worked worse. As for "newness", ofc, I can't be sure, but "whiteness" of a thing that hold gpu convinces me it is. Last photo is an example of used, "darkened" one.

Aren't screenshots, but I made two photos of GPUz with original firmware + patched driver and a photo of GPUz with RX 570 firmware. Both would would use only one line.
Edit: I was updating successfully RX 470 original to newest drivers too.

Ok make sure pcie link state in windows power properties is set for max performance, do you have msi afterburner installed?

Have you updated the motherboard chipset drivers?

Also when you flashed to the 570 bios did you uninstall the drivers and get the 570 drivers?

Also have no other parts plugged into those pcie 1x slots.

If you need to use AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher with the original vbios it doesnt work properly. Likely the vbios signature is f*cked up.

Yes, I didn't need patcher for RX 570 Bios. Also, I am not connecting monitor directly to GPU (Haven't soldered HDMI yet), but that shouldn't be a problem, right?

Every time I re-flashed bios I uninstalled all drivers with DDU. And when I succeed, I re-installed drivers a one more times to check if it's stable and I am not just lucky (couldn't believe I finally found bios.) I haven't msi afterburner installed, windows power settings are "Ultimate Performance", link state power management Off. MB's bios is latest version, chipset drivers updated after your message - no result. Nothing plugged in other pcie slots. Other GPU in this slot work in X16. This RX 470-570 in another PC also works only in 1 lane mod.

Yeah innoticed that however it was blurry immagery, being a mining card, wouldn't be surprised about it, its no different than a LHR card.
