It is a Teclast brand card (very common in china)
GPU is same as in the notebook version but with dedicated memory
Boost gpu clock is 1650 until 50C after that 1400-1500.
600mhz idle, 700mhz Youtube/light load
Memory fixed at all times 2133 (4266 eff.)

It is dx12_1 comatible but somehow none of the unreal 5.x engines games cant start with this card in dx12 mode.
