GPU-Z Could not start driver: the driver was not loaded

Downloaded 2.64.0 and received this error message when I try to boot up GPU-Z. I have an MSI 5080 with the latest drivers installed, and have reinstalled and rebooted multiple times.
Any ideas?

I tried 2.60 thru 2.64 and got the same error

It doesn't give much info than the error GPU-Z gives
