Running Win11 24h2 :( AMD 5600X, 32gb, Nvidia 2080.

Have had this going on for a while now. Attempted uninstalling and reinstalling, fixes for a couple restarts/shutdowns and then starts happening again on pretty much every boot. I have even done a fresh reinstall of windows since this initially began. See a few threads on here about this, but no real resolution thread just ends.

I have read about it trying to start before the taskbar is loaded. SFC scan, dism repair still happening. Not seeing anything in startup menu to add a delay to the launch or even a GPU-Z entry. Any fixes to this other than disabling load on startup option?

This only happens when you set it to launch automatically at startup, starting it manually as soon as you can works fine?

Happens on every reboot?

Yes only happens if set to launch at startup. If that is turned off no issues, can launch program and it loads fine.

After you asked this, i did turn off launch at startup and tested a few times. Upon turning launch at start up back on, it worked fine for like 5-6 restarts then started happening again. This time around though it doesnt seem to happen on every boot up. Additionally i noticed if i dont login right away to windows it seems to happen more often. It seems to get worse until i mess with options or reinstall. So right now its happening 1 out of 5 startups, before i just messed with settings it was happening every startup about 2 weeks after a fresh install of windows. Right after the fresh install of windows it seemed good, then started happening again with no additional changes.
