Maybe 5 days or so ago I noticed in cod some of the display metrics not working, gpu temps and clock speed and they were all fine before. Thought it was cod being broken as per the norm, so just carried on playing.

Today I tried GPU-Z and it looked like this

What is going on? I've tried different drivers too, hence being back on 24.10 again. I've made no hardware changes at all.

In your signature I see you have a second system. Can you validate with the RX470 system if it still not being reported?
I think it might be a software issue

No go I'm afraid. Long been departed. Just there to show I've used Intel, lol.

Had a thought, going to try an older gpuz, 1 sec.

EDIT

Did nothing and re-installed 24.12.1

Also when I look-up the bios I get taken to the Hellhound page when I have the Red Devil. I've not touched the bios of this card, so umm, what is going on?

If the GPU still works fine, no performance issues, no freezes etc. it's just a software bug. Now which software, can't say. Maybe try DDU driver and reinstall.

DDU'd. Same. Also my Devilzone RGB app doesn't detect my gpu.

This should be fixed now

This is some kind of AMD driver bug. I've been seeing it over the years, for some reason the interface between monitoring app and driver breaks. Try a clean install, maybe DDU

Then report it to AMD as a bug, if it's a driver bug. I'm not sure I'd do a windows reinstall over this.. maybe the Radeon info overlay still works (the one from the app).

GPUZ is now working as intended. The in game metrics are still broken and was just doing a test game and direct X error crash. Starting to worry that my card is dying...

Could be, but I would test it in another pc or do fresh install before I'm sure. You got some warranty left, right

test it with something reliable like 3dmark, btw

Bought it after June this year.

All seems fine again now apart from cod, which is a buggy pos anyways, so yeah!
