The attached build comes with a completely rewritten kernel driver for hardware access.

This was required, to fix some security issues, which could let attackers abuse our driver to do bad things(tm).

Please test the attached build on all hardware you can find, even older cards and older OS installs.

Everything should work correctly, exactly the same as the 2.66 public release (you can run both side-by-side to confirm)

Once you've tested, make a post please with the basic specs of the hardware config you checked (OS, 32/64-bit, CPU, GPU). No screenshot needed, unless you're having issues.

Thanks!

Tested on my main rig (i5-12400F, B760M DS3H, RX 6700 XT, Windows 10 21H2 x64) and everything's fine and dandy. Can't test other stuff right now but will come back next week or maybe even this week with more info.

Windows 11 24H2 x64 (latest build), B550, 5900x, GTX 1070. Identical behavior to the previous version, as expected.

B450M-HDV R4.0 with ryzen 5600g, 16gb ddr4,
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19045 compilation 19045
Everything works.

Win10 22H2, 64-bit, 5950x, 9070XT
All good.

Tested on the office PC,
i3 8100 with iUHD Graphics 630, no GPU, Win 10 : Works perfectly !

Win 11 Pro 24H2 build 4484, x64, 285K, RTX 5080. OK

Windows 10 64bit, Ryzen 7600, RX6950XT. Works fine. IGP too.

Win10 22H2, 64-bit, 5955wx, Quadro RTX 4000 - ok. rebar says disabled but I could have sworn it was enabled in UEFI. Will check.

Does 2.66 public show the same result?

Yes. I checked UEFI and it's enabled there.

Win10 22H2, 64-bit, 7950x, RX 5700 - ok

Ok so not a GPU-Z issue. the BAR sizes at the bottom definitely confirm that Resizable BAR is not enabled
Is it the GPU perhaps doesn't support rebar?

I noticed GPU lookup doesn't work for my card either. Maybe I got a bad card from ebay?

Win 11 24H2 latest patches, X64, 7800X3D and 9070XT. All is working as expected.

No this is normal, we have to add every single card manually. What brand is this card? seems to be HP?
Yes, there is a sticker on it says HP.

Works good for me on a fully patched 24H2 install with the latest drivers installed. Lookup still works, since I was the one who uploaded the bios haha :D
