What brand GPU do you have?
Is it 1GB or the 2GB version?
The more details you supply, will allow us to help you better.
If there is a factory Vbios with UEFI you might be able to flash that on to your card.

Is there a way to enable UEFI on the gtx 560 ti? With vbios mod or I don't know?

No. When Fermi came out, UEFI GOP did not yet exist. Earliest models to support this are Kepler, enable CSM in BIOS when using Fermi, Tesla or older

Regular 1 GB 560 Ti is GF114. Adding GOP support is a relatively advanced level of BIOS modding, if you have to ask, it's not for you - and don't expect to find help either here or on the winraid forum (especially with the author having retired). Extreme chance to brick the card if anything goes wrong, I wouldn't dare trying this on anything without a dual-BIOS without an SPI flasher on hand.

Prudent course of action is to just enable CSM.

Is there no more modern BIOS?
first thing give a gpu-z screenshot.

I just checked the vga bios collection, there are no uefi bios files for your card, you will need to do a bios dump of your card and modify it using the link above, however i read that there wasn't enough room on the biis chips to do it. Or get an AMD RX 6400 or 6500 at least being brand new in box and support uefi.

This is a special edition "Core 448" card that was released for holiday season 2011. It's basically a GTX 570. This is important to keep in mind, BIOSes for the regular 560 Ti won't work on it.

There are no official BIOSes for this card with GOP support. You'd have to follow the DIY guide that eidairaman1 posted but if you screw it up, you'll brick your card. CSM seems by far the safest choice for you, do you really need to run the machine with CSM off? If it's to install Windows 11, you can bypass these restrictions by preparing your installer with Rufus. But you seem to be already installing Windows 11, so, what's the point? It's an almost 14 year old card...

Very unlikely. The only one in TPU's unverified section seems to match yours. It's dated July 2012.

I mean not UEFI BIOS I'm now saying BIOS version

You must compare these to the first file i found in order to make sure the values of the bios you want to move to matchess your existing 1 otherwise a video port could be disabled

Yes they match but the bad thing is that the BIOS version is identical to mine

More like a GF110 refresh of a 470. ;)

Actually that was still an okay card when I had one temporiraly 7 years ago, ran RE7 fine etc. when paired with a 7600K @ 4.7.

Is there a way to enable UEFI on the gtx 560 ti? With vbios mod or I don't know?
There is no need in most cases (unless you plan to use it on UEFI only MB).
If that is the case, you simply won't get image on POST.
After Windows loads, it doesn't matter what mode are you on - GPU driver should take care of displaying image (and it will work in both CSM or EFI modes).
Alternative is to use small EFI capable card (like GT 710), to make it past POST and install correct driver for Fermi card with it. After it's finished, and your GTX 560 card works under windows - just unplug GT 710.
You won't be able to go into MB BIOS/UEFI, but Windows should work just fine.

I vaguely remember trying my GTX 580 on my B550 Strix -F, it took a few tries but UEFI posted in safe mode to accommodate the 580.
