5950x /5800x3d were the last. AM5 and 7000 chips are out and 8000 around the corner.

5000 high end I mentioned are killer cpu. you could even go with 3000 depending what you need from it.

They're still (supposedly) releasing the 5700X3D and 5500X3D.
I'd imagine the 5700X3D will do well as a final upgrade for a lot of AM4 users if it's close enough to the 5800X3D and priced well.

Besides the rumored 5500X3D and 5700X3D. Nope i have not heard of any thing new for AM4. AM4 is on its last legs when comming for new cpu releases. AM5 is where the fun is now.

Its a typical situation for those who made irrational choice of getting a pricey x570 motherboard, AM4 is dead but lived a long and happy life. Just make yourself a favor and trade that x570 board for a midrange B650, you will get pcie 5.0 (relevant for newest nvme ssds, useless for gpus).

Useless for SSDs too frankly. The extra theoretical speed is negated by the heat they generate and the need for cooling.

I wonder that how much that cache gives benefits vs. a higher clocked non-X3D chip. I mean I'm happy with my 5800X which boosts up to 5GHz..

Dude, your 5800X is an awesome CPU, especially if you can do +150-200. I love my 5900X, a few cores hit 5150, a few hit 5, and the rest hover near 4950.

I am using X3D right now, but man.. with my tune that 5900X is pretty good.

I can confirm that 5.0 drives feel faster than 4.0. I have a 1 TB MP 700 as my OS and I feel that everything loads faster vs my Firecuda 530. During black Friday I bought the 2 TB version of the MP700 and once I moved TWWH3 to it once again everything feels faster in the Game from loading to end turns. I don't know if it is because of the 7900X3D is all 5.0 that leads to the feeling.

Did you see how angry @tabascosauz was when I threw that first AIO pic up? I felt it from about 1300km away

A real loop is my next step.. I had to try that V3 Thermalright 360 AIO. It literally kicks ass. But not too much ass, enough to make me still want a loop, but enough to make me want to see how it holds up against everyone else.. hint hint TPU

Bought my kit 5+ years ago, though I needed a new pump as the original one broke. Works again :love:

With some tuning on the PPT etc values I got over 10C cooler temps on the CPU

I literally give everything the socket will allow for PBO on my 5900X, 260/170/200 +200 -26 all core..

In order to use that power, I have to be at 1900FCLK and SOC at 1.15v, package power hits 260, with just over 255w PPT

The AIO is pretty good for that.. but about as loud as crazy air..
