Hello
as some have seen i got Samsung odyssey G5 and i have been having issues with the connection
So my setup is the HDMI cable from the GPU to this switcher box
This has my Computer and a Nintendo switch plugged in and then a HDMI going to the monitor
and so far i have had.
Momentary dips to black
White flickers on screen
*Both of these only show up on the PC*
Furthermore Last night the Flickering went for every few hours to every few seconds
I have Switched all of the cables out with the exception of the Nswitchs cable
Since then i have seen 1 dip to black
and had an issue where i could not get the switch to connect to the monitor even plugging directly into it
Do these sounds like issues with my Monitor
everything was fine before new monitor

I have the same monitor but the early version (2021). Don't know about later ones, but you'll have to get the full model number of yours & look it up for all the specs. But on mine, HDMI is v2.0 & limited to 120Hz @ 1440p. The version of HDMI cable matters too. So for good insurance you'll want the latest spec for that, this way you can be sure it will work (backwards compatibility) and in case you want to upgrade other components in the future it will be very handy.
Also, make sure the firmware is up to date on the monitor. They released firmware update for mine, so probably for later versions as well.
