Yes Netac Shadow RGB 4800mt/s 40-40-40 Jedec timings.

In theory, should post right up.
But its good looking bottom end budget ram and AMD has never done well with budget memory kits.

He should run only 2x memory sticks up to the desired capacity, and probably aim for a higher frequency than 4800mt/s, in my humble opinion only of course.

Have you tried clear cmos?

Have you tried to update the bios?

Have you reviewed the manual for proper DIMM placement, amount and rank?

Its possible 8GB DIMMs do not work on that motherboard. Netac does have ICs are both sub-channels, which should keep compatibility. If your other DRAM does and this does not, that could be a the reason.

Before you do anything else, clear the CMOS because it could be trying to boot the speeds of whatever memory kit you had been using before.

Everything you need to know about memory compatibility should be in the motherboard manual. Should be able to download it from their website.

I was very clear with what I wrote.

You had Random Access Memory (RAM) that was working in your system, you switched to RAM that doesn't work.

Switch back to the RAM that was working and leave it alone.

You might need to find a forum that is in your native language, or a shop to assist you in this matter.
