The meaning of the C5 code is given at http://aumha.org/a/stop.php#0xc5
as "An attempt occurred to touch invalid memory at a process IRQL that
is too high. This is almost always caused by drivers that have corrupted
the system pool.

Thats a LOT of errors in just a few days man. Something is dead wrong. Could be hardware indeed. However have you installed any new software? Also what kinda virus scanner do you have? Do you have ANY pirated software installed?

no new software installed this month I believe, the last one was the latest vlc media player and it's like amid last month. My AV is ESET Smart security 2011 and it's legit
the only pirated apps installed are mostly games and adobe products lol

unstable overclock is unstable this is why you run prime95/memtest overnight before putting the system into use

I think you may have a part that has degraded overtime and can no longer hold your OC. However just for fun try running Malwarebytes. ESET is decent but its not the best and what it misses something else may catch.

Honestly that could very well be it. New PSU doesn't mean WORKING PSU. Your new PSU could be going bad (dud) or worse give you dirty power. Can you post a image of your reliability report? It will give you a chart of errors and you can see when they start/increase.

Also what PSU did you get? Did you run Malwarebytes like I suggested?
