You may want to read a few more reviews. All of them had cooling and fan noise benchmarks.

I've known the PNY XLR8 version to be exceptionally well cooled, not usually exceeding 60°C in games and runs even cooler with a further reduced TDP limit. Some had complained about the noise and the fan curve, though.

They will all perform within a couple % of each other I would probably go with the TUF out of those shroud is actually aluminum not plastic and Asus tend to use pretty good components on the PCB

The Super Phoenix looks solid also just not familiar with the brand.
