Software A lot.
Benchmark Scores Its fast. Enough.
Looks like the GPU/Memory is either dying, or someone loaded the wrong BIOS.

What happens if you launch anything 3D? Does it show the same corruption, and or does GPUz report the increase in clocks?

yes same and some horizontal lines on screen.. bios is updated for gaming x trio as per mention in https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?did=10DE-1E07-1462-3715.
Anyone had this issue? how did you fix this?
You likely flashed the wrong VBIOS. You need to reflash the original(assuming you backed it up) and if it fixes the problem, not tamper with the VBIOS again. You might have done damage to the card. You'll only know for certain after you reflash the original VBIOS.

Do you have a backup of the original VBIOS? I'd flash that back before trying anything else. I've flashed a lot of cards and this, to me, looks like a incompatible VBIOS flash. Another thing you could try would be to ask an MSI rep if they can identify which VBIOS you'd need based on serial number. I've never tried that before but hey who knows. Good luck!

If you used a Vbios from TPU, its likely wrong for your card. I agree with others that say dont mess with the Vbios.

This ^^

I see so many threads on TPU of users flashing their BIOS for no good reason, especially if it's to try and fix a hardware problem and then compounding those problems.

The thing to learn is that flashing a GPU BIOS is not the same as flashing the mobo BIOS with the officially supported firmware from the manufacturer and using their flashing utility, if necessary. Only ever flash the GPU BIOS if NVIDIA or AMD release an update to fix a specific problem, like the DisplayPort one on NVIDIA cards a while back. I applied it and everything was fine.

Ah ok. It seemed in the OP that you had. You might have a card that's gone bad..
