Is the power supply still under warranty? If it still is, i would RMA.

Secondly you can use any 135mm fan. Just snip the wires and splice them together if the plug on the PSU isnt the regular 4 pin fan header. Ive done this many times. you can find loads of 135mm fans on ebay, look for ones made by Delta or Adda, just make sure they are 4 pin fans rather than 3 pin.

well RL4Z B1402512HH is a 140mm fan and you can get them from Aliexpress.

but any 140mm fan should work just cut off the other wire that isnt needed its only the speed sensor cable.

If you want to know what i mean by splicing, skip to 2:45 in this video and you'll get the idea...

except you want to splice the connection from your new fan into the old wires with the 2 pin plug that plugs into the Power supply. I personally prefer to solder the cables together then use heatshrink tubing but that is just me. you can use electrical tape, masking tape, a dab of hot glue or even UHU glue. you need to be sure that the the red and black cables never make contact otherwise you may be watching your house burning down from a distance one day.

Up to you. its your budget really, I would grab a Noctua 140mm Redux fan (1700rpm) they can be found quite cheaply on amazon.

Remember -- if you dont know what youre doing. take a picture of what you have in front of you and i'll do my best to answer if im on.

:EDIT:

actually dont get a Redux fan. they only come in 1500rpm with pwm. Get a phanteks PH-F140SP or Arctic P14 BLACK FAN
