Help identify GPU

I have an rx 580 that I need help identifying. I installed the card into a new PC for the first time and it will not boot with it being the only display output. If I use my onboard too it will post and boot into Windows. There is an unknown bios on the card and I want to get the original on it. (It was used for mining before I bought it).

Can you make a clear pictures of the whole PCB of the card, including the memory? We need to identify the brand/model of this card and locate the bios with the correct memory support.
