It looks like a 109-C94037-00_02 board.

C940 bios with K4G80325FC memory for a Polaris20 with 2048SP enabled is quite hard to find.

Please try the following vbioses at own risk:

The video was working perfectly until the screen went black when I stressed the GPU. Tomorrow, I will try with other BIOS versions that you recommended. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Try to reduce power limit first then memory clock and see if it fixes your problem and go from there.
