Hello everyone... I hope you are having a good start to the new year.
I managed to make it possible to edit voltage issues through the ThrottleStop program, using the guide that advises changing some values using CMD.
However, now I have no idea what values to use there in FIVR, CPU, GPU...
I'm a novice when it comes to these things, and I would like some standard value, it wouldn't need to be something detailed, just one that would lower the temperature of the notebook in general in a safe way. I already had another Acer Helios 300 (i7 9gen with 1660 ti) and a friend on some forum had made available a ready-made TS file that served him well for this same notebook, so if anyone has a similar notebook (i7 11h 3060)and can share the file now configured, I would be very grateful... or at least the prints of what to put, because, trying to follow the tutorial of changing it until it gives a blue screen, it gave me goosebumps for fear of something happening, so I would prefer to rely on the community experience for this. Thank you very much in advance. I don't speak English well and I'm using Google Translate, I apologize if anything seems wrong in the writing.

I see that you are always well sought after, seen and respected, if you can help me with this.
